Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients across various communication channels.
• Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company’s CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay up to date on company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Promote a positive and supportive team environment.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to relocate to Bali and experience a culturally rich environment.
