A leading company seeks an HR Manager to provide strategic HR management and support to the Nordic region. This role focuses on developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and delivering core HR services. The ideal candidate has extensive HR experience, a relevant degree, and is fluent in English.
This role is focused on providing HR management and support to the Nordic region, primarily Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business goals and be able to provide professional HR solutions.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business, HR, or equivalent, and at least 5 years' experience in various aspects of HR functions, preferably within a consultancy or service environment. They will also have very good knowledge of HR practices and principles, including labor law, payroll issues, social security, benefits, and employment regulations for the particular region.
A strong understanding of talent management, development & learning, employee relations, and total rewards is essential. Fluency in English is required, with Finnish, Swedish, and / or Danish being an asset. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with Management members and employees.
