Formación

Descripción del empleo

This role is focused on providing HR management and support to the Nordic region, primarily Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business goals and be able to provide professional HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Planning : Develop a medium to long-term HR plan that integrates people and organizational priorities with agreed business goals. This will involve close liaison with the business throughout the planning process and providing support for enhancing business activities.
  • Organizational Effectiveness : Provide challenge, advice, and coaching to line management colleagues to deliver ongoing improvements in organizational effectiveness and achieve desired cultural change. Drive a high-performance culture by challenging management teams to apply performance and development principles and tools.
  • Learning and Development : Be responsible for developing people management competence and professionalism within their business management team and with other line managers through coaching or other interventions.
  • Business Change : Provide necessary HR support for business unit changes, considering people implications from the business unit context. Drive through organizational changes using best practice project management and communication methodologies.
  • HR Service Delivery : Ensure operational fulfillment of core HR services meets business needs.
  • Policy and Process : Contribute to shaping new HR policies and procedures and ensure implementation within their business unit.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business, HR, or equivalent, and at least 5 years' experience in various aspects of HR functions, preferably within a consultancy or service environment. They will also have very good knowledge of HR practices and principles, including labor law, payroll issues, social security, benefits, and employment regulations for the particular region.

A strong understanding of talent management, development & learning, employee relations, and total rewards is essential. Fluency in English is required, with Finnish, Swedish, and / or Danish being an asset. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with Management members and employees.
