Viking Redningstjeneste is expanding its operations in Torrevieja and is seeking Nordic Assistance Coordinators. In this full-time role, you will assist travelers globally, providing essential support and ensuring high standards of customer service. Fluency in Nordic languages is required, alongside excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work.

Formación

  • Fluent in at least one Nordic language and good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in the travel industry, health sector, or customer service.
  • Medical studies or law/insurance are a plus.

Viking Assistance Group is a leading roadside and travel assistance company in the Nordics. Our new business area, Viking Travel Care provides travel- and medical assistance 24/7, 365 days a year for travellers and employees stationed abroad, anywhere in the world.

We are now expanding and are hiring Nordic Assistance Coordinators for our office in Torrevieja. We are looking for Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish speakers.

Qualifications

For this job, several types of education and/or work experience can be relevant. Your motivation and personality are sometimes more important than a certain background. However, from experience we know that these qualifications often are a good match:

Experience

  • Worked as a Tour guide / in the travel industry
  • Health sector, Insurance or Customer service

Education

  • Tourism, International studies, Language studies
  • Medical studies / health related topics
  • Law / Insurance

You Need To Be

  • Fluent both written and oral in at least one Nordic languages
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and oral
  • Additional languages will be a plus

About The Job

Your job is to listen to the customer's needs, collect information, give answers about insurance coverage, refer the customer to a doctor/clinic, and to collaborate with our partners in the insurance and assistance business. The tasks should be carried out giving excellent customer service and ensuring that the customer gets the necessary assistance. Full training will be given.

Work Terms

  • Fulltime position
  • Location: Torrevieja, Spain
  • Work form: Day, evening, nights and weekend shifts in rotation
  • Remote work is not applicable
