Viking Assistance Group is expanding and seeks Nordic Assistance Coordinators for their Fuengirola office. This role involves providing customer service and assistance for international travelers. Ideal candidates are fluent in Nordic languages with backgrounds in tourism, healthcare, or customer service.
Viking Assistance Group is a leading roadside and travel assistance company in the Nordics. Our new business area, Viking Travel Care provides travel- and medical assistance 24/7 365 days a year for travellers and employees stationed abroad, anywhere in the world.
We are now expanding and are hiring Nordic Assistance Coordinators for our office in Fuengirola. We are looking for Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish speakers.
About the job
Your job is to listen to the customer's needs, collect information, give answers about insurance coverage, refer the customer to a doctor/clinic, and to collaborate with our partners in the insurance and assistance business. The tasks should be carried out giving excellent customer service and ensuring that the customer gets the necessary assistance. Full training will be given. Good career opportunities!
