Amazon seeks a Logistics Scheduler for its AMZL Central Operations in Spain. The role is office-based in Barcelona, coordinating EU-wide transport planning to ensure timely deliveries and continuous customer service.

You will work with Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, and Ground Transportation to optimize flow and performance. The position involves developing best practices, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to maintain service levels and compliance.

Formación

• Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Knowledge of English at CEFR B2/C1 level.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Desirable familiarity with SQL or Python and logistics context.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and monitor volume flow affecting tens of thousands of packages at EU level.
• Be accountable for planning accuracy, cost and customer experience.
• Develop best practices and standard work for the network.
• Ensure targets and service deadlines meet regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with departments, facilitating information flow and resolving issues.
• Research process improvements and support real-time decision making.
• Maintain and report up-to-date statistics and management reports.
