Amazon in Spain is seeking a Logistics Scheduler for its Quick Commerce unit. The role focuses on orchestrating ultra-fast delivery operations across EU stores, coordinating with delivery partners, and managing capacity in real time.

You will monitor performance, resolve issues, and report metrics to improve processes across markets. The position offers fixed shifts (morning, afternoon, night or central) with rotating rest days and collaboration across EU teams.

Formación

• Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data.
• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor dark store operations and coordinate with delivery partners across the UK and EU network.
• Manage delivery capacity in real-time, responding to volume changes and operational issues.
• Track and resolve exceptions to maintain service quality
• Communicate with operations teams and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly
• Report on performance metrics and support process improvements.
• Communicate with various departments, facilitating the flow of information between different stakeholders and resolving any potential issues that impact business continuity.
• Maintain and report up to date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis.
