Formación

  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.

We're looking for a Night Shift Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) in Madrid who speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese!

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

  • You are the interface between limehome and the guest as the first point of contact for inquiries across all channels.

  • You have a watchful eye and open ear for guest feedback and can find creative solutions to problems.

  • You provide guests with a great limehome experience by responding to their needs, offering relevant information, and adding a personal touch during interactions.

  • You identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in daily operations and proactively suggest solutions.

  • You stay in close contact with Guest Relations Managers to ensure optimal solutions for each guest regardless of the situation.

What you need to aim for the stars:

  • You have a passion for communication and attending to guests' needs.

  • You are fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • You have a passion for customer service and remain calm in stressful situations.

  • You are willing to work night shifts.

  • You support limehome's concept and vision and want to help achieve our goals.

  • You enjoy working evenings and nights and are okay with working on weekends.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, call centers, or startups is a plus.
