Limehome GmbH is seeking a Night Shift Customer Service Agent in Madrid, fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. We're looking for a Night Shift Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) in Madrid who speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese!
How you’ll be hosting with heart:
You are the interface between limehome and the guest as the first point of contact for inquiries across all channels.
You have a watchful eye and open ear for guest feedback and can find creative solutions to problems.
You provide guests with a great limehome experience by responding to their needs, offering relevant information, and adding a personal touch during interactions.
You identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in daily operations and proactively suggest solutions.
You stay in close contact with Guest Relations Managers to ensure optimal solutions for each guest regardless of the situation.
What you need to aim for the stars:
You have a passion for communication and attending to guests' needs.
You are fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English; additional languages are a plus.
You have a passion for customer service and remain calm in stressful situations.
You are willing to work night shifts.
You support limehome's concept and vision and want to help achieve our goals.
You enjoy working evenings and nights and are okay with working on weekends.
Previous experience in hospitality, call centers, or startups is a plus.
