Set in a working olive grove, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza brings all the things we love about Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire to members living and visiting the White Island including bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a holistic wellness experience with a gym, yoga deck and treatment rooms and an organic kitchen garden restaurant and bar.

The role…

We are seeking an experienced Night Guest Services to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. The Night Guest Services team assists with checking members into the property and hotel guests into their rooms, as well as streamlining inquiries, managing risks, and handling other matters that arise. The role involves receiving payments, balancing cash at the end of shifts, and being well-versed with property layout, special offers, restaurant/F&B options, and amenities including gym, spa, and shared workspace.

A successful Night Guest Services professional is hospitable by nature, proactive, capable of multitasking, level-headed, and professional in demanding, fast-paced environments.

  1. Ensure every member is welcomed by name and every guest is greeted warmly and hospitably: the Soho House way is warm and friendly.
  2. Handle shift breakdowns and financial inquiries (e.g., folios, disputes, billing, receipts, refunds), as well as walkout retrievals and safekeeping of lost credit cards.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for members, guests, and staff, ensuring all visitors receive top-notch service from the moment they enter a Soho House & Co property.
  4. Perform all concierge duties as required, including booking cars, tickets, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.
  5. Respond to incoming emails and inquiries through digital portals and handle document printing/scanning for members and guests.
  6. Know the types of rooms available, their locations, and layouts.
  7. Stay updated on hours of operation, reservation restrictions, and workflow changes by communicating with all departments daily.
  8. Support members and guests with valet and luggage storage through the bell attendant or butler.
  9. Understand and communicate hotel policies on reservations and no-shows.
  10. Prepare expected arrival lists for front office use.
  11. Update member and guest profiles regularly.
  12. Be familiar with all front office procedures.
  13. Willingly undertake any reasonable requests from management in other areas of the house.
  14. Build positive relationships with members and guests.
  15. Communicate and escalate feedback to management.
  16. Create a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional.
  17. Be well-versed in standard operating procedures, menus, amenities, and pricing.
