March of Dimes seeks a part-time NICU Family Program Coordinator to support families of NICU babies in Omaha, NE, onsite at Nebraska Medical Center. You will develop and run family-centered education and social activities, recruit and train volunteers, and ensure alignment with hospital policies and MOD standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with NICU leadership, staff and families to advance core program components and reporting.

Formación

• 2 to 4 years of experience required.
• 1–3 years of work experience in a related field or experience as a NICU parent.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent in Social Work, Education, Public Health or related field; or RN license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate development, implementation and evaluation of family-centered educational and social activities in the NICU setting.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage volunteers and staff advisory committees.
• Ensure compliance with MOD and hospital protocols and policies.
• Provide and evaluate staff professional development opportunities related to family-centered care.
• Serve as liaison between the March of Dimes and NICU hospital sites to strengthen partnerships.
• Maintain records of program activities and report impact as directed.
