March of Dimes leads the fight for the health of all moms and babies. We advocate for policies to protect them and empower families with programs and tools to have healthier pregnancies.

This role coordinates family-centered activities to support NICU staff and families and improve the patient experience at the Oklahoma Children’s Hospital. This is a full-time on-site position requiring a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with 2–4 years of related experience and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Equivalent work experience in Social Work, Education, Public Health or related field; or RN license.
• 2–4 years of experience; 1–3 years NICU-related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information, support and direct services to families by coordinating core curriculum parent education hours and additional social activities to meet NFS metrics.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage volunteers and committees, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Coordinate annual NICU staff professional development promoting family-centered care and hospital partnerships.
• Serve as liaison between March of Dimes and NFS hospital site partner to deepen partnerships.
• Maintain records of program activities and reporting as directed.
