Growth Lead - Remote - Experience growing Products in the Spanish market with regulated Products Essential - €80,000 per year plus Benefits

In Product is partnered with an ambitious, and innovative financial technology company. This company has established Products in multiple countries across Europe, and has successfully launched multiple new product lines within their customer-facing brands positioning them to achieve their vision of creating innovative financial products.

This business is positioned for significant growth both in terms of headcount and customers over the next year. As a Growth Lead, you will have autonomy to lead growth strategies and work as the CEO of your market to introduce customer-centric, responsible and flexible lending and investment products.

You will excel in this environment if:

  1. You thrive in managing multiple priorities, leading your market acting like a CEO with an entrepreneurial mindset, strategic approach and full responsibility over your budget and how to maximise your return.
  2. Your experience is generalist with an emphasis on Product thinking, you will work with domain experts to grow your market, but your insight will lead the introduction of new products as well as iterations on the existing products offered.
  3. You believe in rapid experimentation, executing tests at pace and utilising your experienced and skilled domain experts.

As a Growth Lead you will:

  1. Demonstrate your experience developing and executing comprehensive growth marketing strategies.
  2. Lead demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and offline activations.
  3. Drive brand awareness, conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer behavior, competitor landscape, and emerging trends.
  4. Establish strategic partnerships with local influencers, media outlets, and organizations to amplify reach and credibility.

Requirements:

  1. Experience as a Senior Marketer, with a proven track record in performance marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition, in a regulated industry.
