Persán is seeking an NPI Senior Specialist in Sevilla to manage and coordinate new product introductions. You will review briefs, align priorities across departments, and drive projects from initiation to delivery with English proficiency at C1.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, structured reporting, and ongoing process improvement within a dynamic, sustainability-focused team.

Formación

• Bachelor-level degree in business, economics, engineering or similar.
• Máster degree is a plus.
• High level of English (C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Review business briefings and import them into the FSM project management tool.
• Conduct daily reviews of project priorities and inform relevant departments.
• Review launch priorities and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Take project meetings and coordinate actions.
• Monitor task completion and follow-up on agreed items.
• Lead new projects.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Review business briefings and import them into the project management tool (FSM).
• Conduct daily reviews of project priorities and inform the relevant departments.
• Review launch priorities and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Take project meetings.
• Monitor the completion of tasks and follow-up on items agreed upon in meetings.
• Lead new projects.

Academic Background

• University Degree in Business Administration, Economic, Engineering or similar.
• Máster degree is a plus
• High level of English (at least C1)
