Persán in Sevilla, Spain, is seeking a Project Engineer Specialist to lead cross-functional project teams, develop plans, manage scope, and coordinate procurement and installation.

You will drive schedule, budget, and risk management, ensure compliance with standards, and hand over installations with training and documentation.

Formación

• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Languages: English at a high level (C1); French and Polish are a plus.
• Experience with project management and multi-disciplinary teams is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and control project schedule, budget and scope.
• Participate in specification and basic design of processes and installations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, creating contingency plans.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Manage procurement for industrial equipment and services.
• Coordinate installation, construction, and commissioning of the project.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with standards.
• Efficient handover of installations to end users with training/docs.

Project Engineer Specialist.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage resources.
• Monitoring and control project schedule, budget and scope.
• Participate in the specification and basic design of processes and installations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, creating contingency plans.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to report progress and manage expectations.
• Adapt to changes in project requirements or environments.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
• Manage the procurement process for industrial equipment and services.
• Coordination of installation, construction, and commissioning of the project.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and compliance with technical standards and specifications.
• Efficient handover of installations to end users (training coordination, documentation and support).
• Ensure and promote compliance with the Corporate Engineering Project Management standards.

Minimum requirements:

• Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Languages skills: High level of English (at least C1); knowledge of French and Polish is a plus.
