What you will do

  • Actively seek and develop new business opportunities within the independent hotel market.
  • Manage outbound sales activities for a designated portfolio of independent hotels.
  • Sell the Lighthouse Indy product suite, including Pricing Manager, Channel Manager, Reservation Manager, and Booking Engine.
  • Identify customer needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions to drive adoption of Lighthouse products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with independent hotel clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to identify and develop opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and expand Lighthouse’s presence in the market.
  • Keep track of sales activities in our CRM system and meet or exceed KPI targets.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide client feedback to the Product Development team to enhance product offerings.

Who you are

  • Minimum experience of at least two years in a similar sales role.
  • Exceptional command of the English & German language is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of independent hotel operations and their technology needs.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
