About the role

Our New Business Sales team drives customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Account Executives are a key part of this team, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and activation. They own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach, leveraging their expertise to grow our customer base. We seek an Account Executive committed to providing an excellent customer experience, capable of identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and managing deals through to completion and activation. What you’ll be doing
  • Outreach to prospects across multiple channels, with a focus on cold-calling
  • Developing and executing a lead-generation strategy by targeting key verticals and diversifying prospects
  • Managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing, maximizing adoption, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to daily usage
  • Balancing your time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling, while activating internal resources and collaborating with your team
  • Utilizing solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate our value proposition
  • Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and solutions, supported by relevant case studies
What you'll need
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Fluency in English
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
  • A strong interest in building a career in a high-performance sales environment
  • Determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to go beyond your main duties to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Curiosity and quick learning ability, with a data-oriented mindset
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle customer engagement, deal closure, and CRM tasks
