About the role

Our New Business Sales team drives customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Account Executives are skilled salespeople managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and activation. They own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach, growing our customer base rapidly.

We are looking for an Account Executive to deliver an excellent customer experience, identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and close deals, owning the process from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

  • Reaching prospects through various channels, emphasizing cold-calling
  • Developing a lead sourcing strategy, identifying key verticals, diversifying prospects, and maintaining activity levels
  • Managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upselling
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to daily use
  • Balancing your time effectively between prospecting, closing, and upselling, while engaging internal resources and your team
  • Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate value
  • Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market position, and solutions, supported by relevant case studies

What you'll need

  • Fluency in English and German
  • At least 1 year of commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone
  • A strong interest in a high-performing sales environment
  • Determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities for an optimal customer experience
  • Curiosity and quick data-oriented learning in a dynamic, collaborative environment
  • Effective time management and organization skills for balancing customer engagement, closing deals, and CRM tasks
