Eye on Spain in Estepona is seeking a Development Sales Executive to build and manage a development office, present properties to clients and agents, and close sales at our exclusive developments on the Costa del Sol.

Ideal candidates speak English and Spanish, have a proven sales track record, and excel in customer service, presentation, and communications. Located in Estepona with a drive to hit targets and grow with the company.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent customer service skills.
• Proven track record in sales and ability to present to clients and agents.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a target-driven mindset.
• Based in the Estepona area and willing to work on-site.

Description

We are a well-established real estate master agent, conceived to support developers, constructors and investors in the commercialisation of their property developments on the Costa del Sol.

As a result of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for highly motivated sales individuals who work well independently, as well as part of a wider team, with a willingness to learn and earn. The sales territory for this role is the New Golden Mile area of Estepona.

You will be responsible for successfully managing a development office operation, presenting a portfolio of properties directly to both clients and agents, conducting property tours and delivering sales at one of our exclusive developments.
