Job summary

Roche Diagnostics seeks a Network Technical Lead within the Digital Solutions Chapter of Post Market Quality to oversee the quality, safety, and performance of Roche’s digital health solutions post‑release.

You will lead cross‑functional investigations across cloud platforms and connected devices, coaching engineers, and influencing technical direction to strengthen product quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
• Extensive software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership experience.
• Experience leading through influence in matrix organisations.
• Strong background in cloud technologies, distributed systems, and DevOps.
• Passion for coaching engineers and developing people through mentorship.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; strong communication with stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the investigation and resolution of complex customer complaints and product quality issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional investigations with software engineers, product teams, quality experts, and global affiliates.
• Enable teams to make sound technical decisions while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends from field experience and feedback to drive proactive improvements in quality and safety.
• Partner with Engineers and Sub Chapter leads to improve engineering practices and ways of working.
