Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of OCP standards and reference designs.
• Background in complex PCB design, including high-frequency signals and constrained routing.
• Familiarity with scale-up and scale-out networking (UALink, AFL, InfiniBand, Ethernet, UEC), including switching and topologies.
• Experience with datacenter networking and switch architecture.
• Proficiency in Ethernet-based protocols.
• Solid understanding of datacenter infrastructure and management frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI datacenter hardware and firmware requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
