Neotalent Conclusion seeks a Senior Network Architect to design and implement global network solutions for a leading international financial client. You will define architectures, standards, and roadmaps while leading technical efforts and mentoring peers.

Hybrid work model based in Barcelona, with travel as needed to support international projects and critical incidents. Strong focus on SD-WAN, SASE, security, and network automation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in Network Engineering; at least 3 years in Architecture role.
• Experience designing global network solutions for large enterprises.
• Advanced WAN/LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, SDN, SASE knowledge.
• Security tech: Firewalls, IPS, WAF, DDoS protection.
• DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NTP expertise.
• Cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure know-how.
• Strong docs/diagrams using Visio/PowerPoint.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of global network solutions aligned with strategy.
• Define and evolve network architectures, standards, and roadmaps.
• Participate in cloud migrations and security transformations.
• Act as technical networking lead across projects and ops.
• Manage L3/L4 escalations for critical incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for robust solutions.
• Design and optimize WAN/LAN/MAN, VPN, SD-WAN, SDN, SASE.
• Ensure security policy compliance and controls.
• Oversee handovers and contribute to process improvements.
• Produce docs, architecture diagrams, exec reports.
• Drive automation, hardening, and compliance initiatives.
• Mentor teammates and promote knowledge sharing.
