Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to support 24x7 IPsec VPN gateways and Telco Cloud operations. You will troubleshoot, monitor, and implement changes, aligning with ITIL processes and security standards.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Telco Cloud operations, IPsec VPN Gateway support, Network Security, Routing & Switching, and Incident & Change Management within large-scale telecom environments.
• English: Professional working proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24x7 operational support for IPsec Gateways in the Telco Cloud environment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve IPsec tunnel, routing, connectivity, packet drop, latency and security policy issues.
• Execute planned changes with proper change management including validation, implementation accuracy, post-checks and rollback readiness.
• Work closely with customer network, telco cloud, security and operations teams for incidents, escalations and service improvements.
• Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, RCA inputs, configuration records and change evidence to meet customer governance and security standards.

• Provide 24x7 operational support for IPsec Gateways in the Telco Cloud environment.
