Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Datacenter Architect for our Barcelona office to design and manage end-to-end datacenter architecture and migration projects. You will lead migrations from VMware to OpenStack, develop scalable strategies, and implement Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and Ansible to automate deployments.

Strong knowledge of security, governance and cross-functional collaboration is required, with travel as needed.

Formación

• 10–14 years of experience in datacenter/architecture roles.
• Proficient with OpenStack and VMware migrations.
• Experience with IaC using Terraform and Ansible.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design and manage end-to-end datacenter architecture and migration solutions.
• Lead migration initiatives from VMware to OpenStack environments.
• Develop scalable, resilient and cost effective datacenter migration strategies
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible to automate deployments
• Ensure data center compliance with security standards and industry best practices
• Work closely with key external partners to create and communicate differentiated solutions for datacenters
• Ability to travel and to assess customer requirements, develop blueprint based on the customer's geographical area with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (network, security, application and operations)
• Optimize performance, capacity planning and Business continuity planning for datacenters
• Strong understanding of security ,compliance and governance frameworks
