In this remote role, you'll be the frontline expert, providing 2nd and 3rd level support to major enterprise clients across Europe. Your responsibilities will include resolving complex security incidents, implementing and configuring Palo Alto devices, and collaborating with senior escalation teams. Formación

Network Security Engineer - Spain - Remote

Join a leading global managed service provider who specialise in network security and cyber solutions across global accounts.

The company partner the likes of Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper and Cisco, and they are looking for a Network Security Engineer to join their team as a Palo Alto specialist.

You will be the frontline expert for network security, delivering 2nd & 3rd level support to major enterprise clients across Europe, resolving complex security incidents and ensuring their infrastructure stays protected, deepening your expertise in Palo Alto networks.

You will act as the technical bridge between clients and senior escalation teams escalating critical issues to Palo Alto TAC teams, and, collaborate on proactive security improvements by identifying recurring issues, proposing enhancements, and helping shape long-term security strategies for your clients.
