Network Optimization Expert

We are seeking a skilled Network Optimization Engineer to enhance network performance.

Main Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement technical solutions for RF benchmark improvement projects
• Analyze drive test logs to identify negative trends and failure causes, and provide actionable recommendations
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related network issues efficiently
• Audit networks from a customer perspective and provide expert advice on improvement opportunities
• Conduct benchmark gap analyses and develop technical solutions for voice and data performance enhancement

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in radio network optimization across GSM, UMTS, LTE, and NR technologies

Benchmark network optimization expertise

Familiarity with Huawei OSS and optimization tools (U2020, PRS, UNET, OMSTAR, Probe&Assistance, Mapinfo, Atoll, Business object, Xcal, Xcap, and Actix)

Expertise in 3GPP protocols and generic algorithms

Educated in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunication)

Fluent English language skills
