Ookla, an Accenture company, is seeking a Network Data Analyst to translate data into insights that guide decisions for customers and internal teams. You will handle large-scale telecom datasets to empower sales and post-sales adoption across Ookla.

This role is an entry point into Network Intelligence, focusing on analytical methods for customer-facing use cases in pre-sales and post-sales engagements. Telecom domain knowledge is a strong plus.

Formación

• 3+ years in data science, analytics, or BI in telecom or connectivity.
• Strong SQL skills with large-scale data querying.
• Experience using Python or R for analysis and modeling.
• Understanding of mobile/broadband metrics.
• Experience with crowdsourced datasets is a plus.
• Ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide insights from large-scale telecom data to enable solution success.
• Analyze crowdsourced measurement data and network performance datasets.
• Support pre-sales with customer-specific analysis and benchmarks.
• Develop data stories and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Solutions Managers.
• Support post-sale analysis to inform adoption and outcomes.
• Respond to analytic requests with accuracy and urgency.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and Product teams on data quality.
