Ookla, an Accenture company, seeks a Network Data Analyst to translate large-scale telecom data into actionable insights for sales and internal teams. You will work with expansive datasets that empower the sales teams across Ookla to craft data-driven recommendations and benchmarks.

This role focuses on analytical methods for customer-facing, pre-sales and post-sales adoption use cases in the telecom/mobile-network domain, with strong collaboration across Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI roles within telecommunications or connectivity domain.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large-scale datasets.
• Experience using Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large-scale telecommunications and network performance datasets, including crowdsourced measurement data
• Support pre-sales engagements by providing customer-specific analysis, benchmarks, and data-driven insights
• Develop clear, customer-ready insights, visualizations, and data stories
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Solutions Managers during deal qualification and solution validation
• Support Customer Solutions and Services teams with post-sale analysis and validation to inform adoption and outcome realization
• Respond to analytical requests with accuracy and urgency, prioritizing customer impact and solution relevance
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to ensure data quality and usability
• Provide insights that enable solution success
