Ookla, an Accenture company, seeks a Network Data Analyst to translate large-scale data into actionable insights for customers and sales teams. You will work on networks, measure performance, and deliver data-driven analyses to support pre-sales and post-sales adoption.

You will analyze crowdsourced measurement data, collaborate with Sales and Engineering, and help shape data stories with clear visualizations for stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or BI within telecommunications/ connectivity domain.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large-scale datasets.
• Experience using Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Foundational understanding of mobile, broadband, or internet network performance metrics.
• Experience with crowdsourced or large-scale observational datasets.
• Ability to communicate analytical insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large-scale telecommunications and network performance datasets, including crowdsourced data.
• Provide customer-specific analysis, benchmarks, and data-driven insights for pre-sales engagements.
• Develop clear, customer-ready insights, visualizations, and data stories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Solutions Managers during deal qualification.
• Support post-sale analysis and validation to inform adoption and outcomes.
• Respond to analytical requests with accuracy and urgency, prioritizing impact.
• Ensure data quality and usability in collaboration with Data Engineering and Product teams.
