Responsibilities include installing Cat6a cabling, ensuring safety and quality standards, and providing documentation. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in network installation and be bilingual in English and Spanish. This full-time role is aimed at mid-senior level professionals.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Network Installation Technician, supported by a helper, to carry out a structured cabling and network hardware installation project. The assignment involves end-to-end installation of Cat6a cabling, networking hardware, and associated infrastructure at a commercial site.You must ensure high-quality standards, safety compliance, and detailed documentation throughout the duration of the project.Scope of Work :

Install Cat6a cabling with runs up to 90 meters.Route cables neatly and in line with site guidelines.Access Point MountingInstall wireless access points as per the provided plan (within 1-meter tolerance).Secure and position for optimal coverage and performance.Cable TerminationTerminate cables cleanly into patch panels.Ensure signal integrity and labeling consistency.Mount and install network cabinets .Properly label each cabinet for identification and documentation.Network Equipment IntegrationRack, stack, and power network equipment (e.G., switches, routers).Ensure proper airflow and cabling discipline.Test all cables and equipment to confirm functionality.Ensure compliance with Cat6a standards and customer specifications.Labeling & DocumentationApply accurate labeling to all cables, ports, and hardware.Provide as-built documentation for handover.Smart Hands Support + PhotosOffer hands-on technical support during setup.Capture and submit clear photos of all installed components.Cleanliness & SafetyMaintain a clean and safe work environment throughout.Remove debris, secure cables, and follow safety protocols.Mandatory Site WalkthroughConduct a final walkthrough with the site / project lead.Review installation quality and address outstanding items.Proven experience with Cat6a cabling and network hardware installationFamiliarity with patch panel termination and cable testing toolsAbility to read and follow floor plans and cable layoutsStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipPPE and basic toolset required (labels, tester, drill, etc.)Must speak English and Spanish (B1 minimum level), have good communication skillsPunctuality and professionalism are a mustTo apply or confirm availability, please contact :
