Job Description:

Vodafone Group launched its new technological HUB in 2021, an international center of excellence dedicated to research and development of technical solutions, such as Secure Networks, 5G and 6G development, Open RAN, IoT, MPN & MEC, and UCC for Vodafone Business, platforms, and enterprise solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Customer Experience Management (CEM) systems for fixed and mobile networks across EU markets. These systems analyze service performance from the customer's perspective, providing insights to enhance service quality and optimize user experience. You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to select technological solutions aligned with business and operational needs.

We seek a professional with a strong understanding of telecommunications networks, data analytics, and OSS/IT systems deployment in cloud and on-premise environments. As part of an international team, you will lead engineering projects across multiple markets, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of innovative customer experience solutions. Your analytical, project management, and communication skills will be crucial for the continuous improvement of our CEM platforms.

What you bring:

  • Engineering degree.
  • Understanding of telecom networks and services (fixed & mobile).
  • Knowledge of Analytics and Big Data architectures and tools.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, stakeholder management experience.
  • Advanced English level.
