DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a NetSuite Junior Consultant that follows NetSuite implementations and enhancements on Exclusive Networks markets.

As a NetSuite Junior Consultant you will:

• Assist in gathering client requirements and translating them into functional NetSuite solutions.
• Support the design, configuration, and customization of NetSuite workflows and reports.
• Help with data migration and integration between NetSuite and other business systems.
• Provide first-level support during implementations, troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to ensure successful knowledge transfer to clients.
• Assist in creating detailed documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on NetSuite features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement within the NetSuite environment.
• Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and other consultants, to deliver exceptional results.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

The ideal NetSuite Junior Consultant:

Essential skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience working with ERP systems or in a consulting role.
• Proficiency in Excel and Numbers is required; experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
• Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, inventory management, and sales.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work under guidance and meet project deadlines.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (coursework, internships, or previous jobs).
• Experience in business analysis and/or budgeting.
• Experience in the supply-chain distribution or a regulated industry.
