IQVIA in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an entry-level data analyst to support evaluation and validation of data, calculation of rebates, and quantification of findings. The role offers hybrid work between home and office.

The candidate will train to load data, perform QA checks, analyze trends, reconcile data, and present written analyses to clients, while developing strong client relationships and contributing to project implementations.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1–3 years related experience required.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and database entry.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Train to document receipt of data/bill and load data into the system.
• Perform quality assurance checks on data for self, associates, and assistants as directed.
• Evaluate data by identifying trends and understanding financial terms of contracts.
• Perform data reconciliation as needed.
• Conduct internet research on companies and topics as needed.
• Present a written analysis to client.
• Develop interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Provide support to team members and management feedback.
• Handle account management and training responsibilities as assigned.
• Assist with client implementation and training projects.
• Work independently on multiple accounts and processes ensuring quality and efficiency.
