What You Will Do:

1. Oversee the timely delivery of a new initiative providing cloud-based services in the Manufacturing Information Systems (MIS) space, marking an important new chapter for our services;
2. Collaborate across engineering, product, and other teams to identify dependencies, manage sprint iterations, feature development, and release planning, ensuring clear milestones and adaptability to product evolution;
3. Lead, mentor, and foster a positive team culture emphasizing trust, belonging, and inclusivity;
4. Support team members' career growth through coaching, performance reviews, mentoring, and personalized development plans;
5. Communicate team progress effectively and escalate questions or recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience managing software engineering teams in Agile environments;
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS;
• Strong communication skills, quick issue identification, and proactive problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to prioritize effectively and align development with long-term vision.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones such as US, Europe, and India;
• Knowledge of the printing and mass customization domain.
