About the job:

Purpose of the role: We are seeking a Nearshore Finance Senior Analyst to support the Commercial Finance team by providing timely and accurate business unit performance analysis. The role involves financial analysis techniques to offer insights, trends, and analysis on critical business issues impacting daily operations for senior stakeholders.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Review of local P&Ls, monthly closing, and TP compliance
• Monthly review of actual vs. cost card recovery
• Budgeting and RF submissions in coordination with markets
• Local Transfer Pricing documentation and coordination
• Cost card model execution and invoicing overview
• Operational issue support and resolution with markets
• Support for a unified team across all EMEA centers
• Analysis on new investments, capabilities, and product development
• Local statistics and audit coordination and leadership

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Finance Control, or Audit (Big4)
• University degree; graduate degree or recognized finance/accounting qualification (e.g., ACA/CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle unstructured problems
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in Office Suite
• D365 or Navision knowledge is a plus
