About the Job :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer to join our team. As an NLP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge NLP technologies that support translation, multilingual content generation, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

Your primary focus will be on understanding and assisting in the development, design, and implementation of NLP-related software products. You will work closely with team members and Product Managers to ensure project alignment with company goals, coordinate with the Quality Assurance team during development phases, and assist the Support team with troubleshooting and bug resolution.

You will actively participate in projects involving NLP technologies and support their integration into business applications. This includes assisting in the analysis, design, development, maintenance, and support of AI-driven applications, web services, and APIs focused on NLP.

Key responsibilities include collaborating on projects related to machine translation, summarization, and natural language generation to meet key business objectives. You will also assist in gathering, curating, and organizing data crucial to building robust NLP technologies, using publicly available datasets when necessary.

In addition, you will support the proposal and implementation of NLP solutions to address complex business requirements. You will contribute to the development of multilingual content generation and RAG systems under the guidance of senior engineers.

Required skills and qualifications include fundamental programming skills with exposure to both Front-end and Back-end development. Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python is required, with an interest in further developing these skills for NLP tasks. Familiarity with AI and NLP frameworks or tools like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a bonus.

A strong willingness to learn about Large Language Models (LLMs) and experience in any related projects is advantageous. Problem-solving skills and an interest in creative approaches to AI challenges are essential. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies in AI and NLP is crucial. Analytical thinking and the ability to work independently as well as in dynamic teams are also required.

Education-wise, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is necessary. Experience working with APIs and basic knowledge of databases is desirable. A basic understanding of product development and a willingness to participate in product discussions is also beneficial.

Desired skills and experience include a strong interest in natural language processing and machine learning practices. Experience with LLM applications for translation or content generation is a plus. Interest in full-stack development is beneficial. Experience or interest in working within collaborative team settings on AI projects is also desired.
