In late March 2023, we are proud to announce that BNZSA was acquired by Anteriad, a full-funnel B2B marketing solutions provider based in the United States. With this new corporate muscle, we will be continuing our quest to change the industry.

You'll be based in our stunning campus in Las Rozas (with hybrid options available). We provide free transport from Moncloa, and you can enjoy a complimentary breakfast at the office, unwind with a yoga class at lunchtime and train with our fitness class after work. Our roof terrace with mountain views is where we hold our weekly Friday BBQ, with delicious food and great conversation with colleagues from around the world.

The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies in the United States and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics. The aim of the call is to generate a "lead" : setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu - learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe.

Uncapped Commission System

Our commission system means the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap. As a BDR at BNZSA, you make your own luck.

And by the way, in case our story resonates with you, but you do not have any proven experience... no worries, we will take care of that! We have an excellent onboarding process at the end of which you will be a confident BNZSA BDR.

Working Timetable :

Although we propose a full-time job with a full-time salary, you will only work 30 hours per week :

  • Monday to Friday 14 : 00 - 20 : 00
