What are we looking for?

We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and execute sales systems, channel infrastructure, development programs, and build the sales team’s capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead Urban and Rural Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

Lead the Urban GTM focusing on towns with populations over 10 Lakh, including outlet and frequency selection. In Rural GTM, select town classes and determine manpower levels. Manage channels and programs, develop visibility strategies, and oversee IT initiatives like DMS and other sales tools. Monitor results, plan distribution drives, and manage outlet and beat databases. Achieve sales targets and distribution growth.

Education

  • University degree required; MBA preferred.

Experience

  • At least 6 years in FMCG general trade, with regional sales experience. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in MS Office are necessary.
