What are we looking for?

We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and execute sales systems and processes, develop channel infrastructure, and build the sales team’s overall capability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Urban and Rural Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, focusing on towns with populations over 10 lakh, including outlet and frequency selection.
  • Select town classes for Rural GTM and determine manpower levels for Urban and Rural areas.
  • Manage channel structure and programs, including visibility implementation and IT developments like DMS and other sales IT initiatives.
  • Monitor results, plan distribution drives, and manage databases related to programs, outlets, and beats.

Key Performance Indicators:

Achieving sales targets and improving distribution parameters within channels and programs.

Qualifications:

  • University degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in General Trade within the FMCG industry, with prior regional SDTM roles.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
