What are we looking for?

We are seeking an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and execute sales systems, channel infrastructure, development programs, and build the sales team’s capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Urban and Rural GTM strategies.
  • Develop the program structure to drive wholesale, superstores, and chemist programs.
  • Manage the channel structure and inputs.
  • Oversee visibility implementation and IT developments, including DMS and sales IT initiatives.
  • Monitor results, plan distribution drives, and manage outlet and beat databases.

INDIVIDUAL KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Achieve channel and program sales targets and improve distribution parameters.

Key success factors:

Education

  • University degree or higher, preferably an MBA.

Experience

  • Over 6 years in FMCG general trade roles, with regional SDTM experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
