What are we looking for?

We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and implement sales systems and processes, channel infrastructure, development programs, and enhance the sales team's capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead the Urban and Rural Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

Focus on urban GTM in towns with populations over 10 Lakh, including outlet and frequency selection. For rural GTM, select town classes and determine outreach frequency. Decide on manpower levels for both urban and rural areas.

  • Channel and Program Management

Manage channel structures and inputs, develop programs for wholesale, superstores, and chemists, and oversee visibility implementations.

  • IT Developments

Implement and roll out DMS and other sales IT initiatives.

  • Monitoring and Planning

Manage databases of programs, outlets, and beats; plan distribution drives and offtake activities.

  • Key Performance Indicators

Achieve sales targets and improve distribution metrics.

Educational Qualifications

  • University degree required; MBA preferred.

Experience

  • Over 6 years in FMCG general trade, with regional SDTM experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
