What are we looking for?

We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and execute sales systems, channel infrastructure, development programs, and enhance the sales team’s capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead Urban and Rural GTM strategies, focusing on towns with populations over 1 million.
  • Develop channel structures and manage visibility initiatives.
  • Oversee rollout of DMS and other sales IT initiatives.
  • Manage program and outlet databases, plan distribution drives and activities.

INDIVIDUAL KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Achieve sales targets and improve distribution metrics.

Key success factors :

  • University degree, preferably an MBA.
  • 6+ years experience in FMCG general trade and regional sales roles.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and CRM skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
