What are we looking for?

We seek an ambitious and talented individual to join our Marketing Department as a National Trade Marketing Manager based in Mumbai.

MISSION

Design and implement sales systems, channel infrastructure, development programs, and build the sales team’s overall capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Urban and Rural GTM strategies, focusing on towns with populations over 10 Lakh, including outlet and frequency selection.
  • Determine manpower levels and quality for Urban and Rural areas.
  • Manage channel structure and inputs, develop programs for Wholesale, Superstores, and Chemists, and oversee visibility implementation.
  • Own the rollout of DMS and other sales IT initiatives.
  • Monitor results, plan distribution drives, and manage outlet and beat databases.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Achieving sales targets and distribution growth in channels and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree, preferably an MBA.
  • At least 6 years of experience in General Trade within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in Regional SDTM roles, with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
