We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Manager (NSM) to lead our Refrigeration Market sales activities across Spain and Portugal. The NSM will play a critical role in defining and executing the sales strategy, managing key customer relationships, and driving sustainable growth. This position requires strong leadership capabilities, a deep technical understanding of refrigeration controls and components, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the business across key channels:
OEM equipment manufacturers
Wholesalers and distributors
Installation companies
Retailers and end-users
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the nationwide sales team, ensuring performance goals are met and aligned with company objectives.
Key Account Management: Manage and negotiate agreements with strategic accounts, in coordination with Carel Group Headquarters and other subsidiaries.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular analysis and forecasts to guide decision-making.
Business Development: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying new clients, market segments, and business opportunities.
Customer-Centric Approach: Understand customer needs to deliver tailored solutions, from standard products to fully customized systems.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Team to shape effective campaigns, events, and promotional activities for the refrigeration sector.
