National Sales & Marketing Manager, Ultrasound - Spain

Join Mindray as the National Sales & Marketing Manager, Ultrasound - Spain . This role involves leading a team within the Medical Imaging Systems sector in Spain, managing sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities include :

  • Managing sales targets and planning for the product line within Spain.
  • Planning and managing distribution channels.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Maintaining and developing customer relations, forecasting needs, and providing feedback to HQ.
  • Leading and developing the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals.
  • Overseeing daily management of the regional sales team and distributors.
  • Providing leadership, support, and detailed reports to senior management.
  • Supporting team development and ensuring policies are followed.
  • Engaging in clinical, technical, and commercial networking.
  • Experience managing a team of field-based medical device Account Managers in Ultrasound sales.
  • Strong background in sales within the ultrasound sector.
  • Proven success in selling imaging systems to hospitals in public and private sectors.
  • Experience managing distributors in Spain is preferred.
  • Track record of sales growth and business development.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with decision-makers.
  • Strong communication skills and IT literacy.
  • Location : Spain, with frequent travel.
