Software Developer (.NET) | Dynamics 365 | API Monitoring and Optimization team

The Role

Falko Taeuber, the Hiring Lead, describes the role as follows: In this position, you will define our engineering and architectural frameworks and standards for critical applications. You will be part of our CRM platform team, responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and its integrated business applications. Your expertise will help develop robust processes, frameworks, and best practices to optimize these environments.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Lifecycle Management: Support solutions from design to post-implementation, collaborating with development and operations teams.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor CRM platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and automate processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Governance and Best Practices: Develop standards for the CRM platform, ensure compliance, and provide insights for platform enhancement.
  • Solution Transformation: Work with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into reusable solutions.
  • Integration Support: Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems.

What We Need From You

Experience: Proven experience in .NET engineering/development, developing high-performance applications, and API monitoring strategies that improve system reliability.

Skills: Proficiency with .NET Framework, API design and development, Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Data Factory), Azure Service Bus, troubleshooting skills, and data integration architectures.

Communication: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Personality Traits: Collaborative, analytical, decision-oriented, multitasker, fast learner, disciplined, customer-focused, and able to work remotely and in teams.
