Your Mission

Design and execute data-driven growth initiatives that convert curious drummers into lifelong fans.

What You’ll Own

• Full-Funnel Growth : Own our growth strategy from top to bottom. Hypothesize, test, and scale user acquisition across all channels (Paid, Organic, Influencers, Partnerships).
• Performance & Operations : Manage budgets and freelancers, build dashboards to track KPIs, and report on insights that will shape our next moves.

What Makes You a Great Fit

2+ years in marketing, ideally with mobile app growth (imposter syndrome is welcome!).

Hungry to learn and tinker with new tools, including AI.

Comfortable managing freelancers, budgets, and KPIs.

Fluent in English (Portuguese and / or Spanish is a plus).

Self-directed with a bias for action; you thrive in small, high-impact teams.

Bonus : A background in music, drumming, or ed-tech.
