A leading company in the life sciences market is seeking an MWS Assembly Officer to perform mechanical assembly tasks according to strict pharmaceutical industry standards. The successful candidate will have experience in hydraulics and pneumatics, as well as relevant technical education and a commitment to safety and quality practices.

Formación

  • 4-5 years of experience in mechanical assembly and adjustments.
  • Additional training in certified welding operations (WPS) preferred.
  • Experience with metrology instruments and measurement tools.

We are looking for a fitter-assembler for our Metal Workshop to perform the following functions :

  • Assemble, weld, adjust, verify, and test mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems of industrial equipment according to pharmaceutical industry standards, ensuring their proper functioning in compliance with these regulations.
  • Follow the directives from management, ensuring adherence to the company's Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety policies.

Your profile

  • Minimum education of FPII and / or CFGM and / or CFGS in mechanics and / or electromechanics, or similar training, and / or professional experience. Additional training and / or experience in certified welding operations (WPS) and orbital welding, as well as technical / inspection training in welding inspections, leak detection, etc.
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in mechanical assembly and adjustments of all types of installations and special machinery.
  • Experience using metrology instruments, measurement, and surface verification tools.
  • Essential experience in assembly and adjustment of machinery, with knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Experience conducting inspections and tests such as END, LP, HT, LT.
