As our Music Event Logistics & Operations professional, you’ll take ownership of the planning and execution of each live concert worldwide. You’re the person who ensures that every element runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

This is a commission-based role — ideal for someone who thrives in high-trust, entrepreneurial environments and wants to contribute to something meaningful. We value action, clarity, and real results.

Now entering its fourth year, The Art of Music Tour is a one-of-a-kind journey that merges cinematic electronic music with nature, ancient heritage, and cultural storytelling. It is performed live in breathtaking locations around the world. From castles to cliffsides, this project transforms iconic spaces into immersive sonic rituals that touch the soul.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all on-site logistics for each event (transport, gear, team schedules)
• Assist with location scouting and liaise with local authorities for permits
• Manage timelines and ensure smooth communication across departments
• Organize crew operations, artist logistics, and vendor coordination
• Support budgeting and cost optimization across production elements
• Have experience in live events, tours, festivals, or large-scale productions
• Be highly organized and solution-driven
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly
• Be emotionally intelligent, reliable, and communicate clearly
• Believe in the power of music and creativity to move the world
