UST is seeking a Murex Support Reporting Specialist to join their team in Spain. This fully remote role involves supporting clients in the banking sector, configuring Murex processes, and developing SQL queries. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Murex and strong technical skills, including Unix Shell scripting and knowledge of financial products. Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a MUREX SUPPORT REPORTING SPECIALIST to work closely with one of our main banking sector clients.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Support and serve the client and development team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to teams with determination and criteria.
  • Coordinate with different teams on development and testing phases.
  • Identify and remove impediments and risks, actively participating in their resolution.
  • Enhance team processes for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution, improving transparency and communication.
  • Configure new processes in the Murex Datamart module (batch feeders, processing scripts, etc.).
  • Configure tables and PL / SQL procedures in the Datamart module and Exadata Database.
  • Develop and implement SQL queries for data retrieval from Murex and Datamart tables.
  • Create and maintain scripts in Shell / Unix.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents related to data extractions.

Candidate Profile

  • Knowledge of financial products : P&L and sensitivities.
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary projects across countries.
  • Proficiency with Murex version 3.1.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Murex platform architecture and modules, especially DataMart.
  • Experience with Oracle databases.
  • Skills in Unix Shell scripting, Java, SQL, PLSQL, and XML.
  • Experience with DevOps tools : Jira, Jenkins, Git, Confluence, Pipeline.
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms, especially AWS.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, monitoring platforms (Devo, Dynatrace), and automation tools (ControlM).

Location : 100% remote within Spain.

Schedule : Business hours.
