Murex Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Murex Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills and extensive experience in the Murex trading platform, who will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions in a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for Murex-based trading systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into functional specifications
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user guides
• Support project delivery using agile methodologies and maintain project artifacts in Jira and Confluence
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Murex applications
• Assist in system configuration and customization as needed
• Monitor and analyze system performance and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Murex platform
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analyst roles
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher
• Experience working in agile project environments
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools
