We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to join our Human Nutrition team in Barcelona. As a key part of our Food business, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative and commercial operations, supporting internal teams, and delighting customers with your efficiency and coordination.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about organization and teamwork. You will be the go-to person for creating and managing purchase and sales orders, handling and resolving order-related queries, tracking and maintaining expense forecasts, and acting as a liaison between internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

  • Proficient in ERP systems – SAP or MS Dynamics F&O experience is a must
  • Confident with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel – intermediate level)
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt
  • A team player with a can-do mindset and strong communication skills
